BETHEL BIBLE SERIES GIAT SEMINARS AND CASE STUDY

Based on the successful partnership between the Flagstone Foundation and Adult Christian Education Foundation (ACEF), the owner organization of the Bethel Bible Series, the Bedrock Foundation and the Dao Feng and Angela Foundation agreed to provide a joint grant of $20,000 to support the Bethel Bible Series GIAT Seminars and case study.

The funding has two purposes. One is to support ACEF in cooperating with Gereja Injili Anugerah Tuhan (GIAT, God’s Grace Evangelical Church) to hold three 2-day Bethel Bible Series Seminars on Nias Island, Lake Toba, and in Semarang, Java, Indonesia. The other one is to support ACEF in conducting a case study of GIAT, a grassroots Gospel movement, to understand how and why the movement has grown so rapidly, and what lessons can be learned for global mission and church-planting efforts.
